Welcome to the 2010 ZanaFest Website!
Zanafest 2010, the 2nd annual Richard Zana Music Festival, will take place indoor and outdoor on August 27, 28 and 29, 2010 at The Venue at Harmony Ridge, formerly the Ambridge Country Club.
ZanaFest 2010 is a music festival and celebration of the life and career of one of Beaver County's most influential teachers, Richard D. Zana. It is organized by an appreciative group of former students and colleagues.
Richard Zana was born in Tarentum, PA on August 6, 1940 and graduated in 1958 from Leechburg High School. He received his B.S. in Music Education in 1962 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his Masters in Music Education in 1964 from Duquesne University.
Mr. Zana passed away on July 13, 2008 after a long battle with cancer. More...
