Virtuoseaux.org will separately award a professional instrument to a gifted instrumentalist selected through it's Judging Criteria

By completing this Form, the legal Guardian gives consent to ZanaFest, its employees, licensees, assigns and affiliates the right to photograph, record audio, and record video during the child’s performance and the perpetual and unrestricted right to use such images, video, and recordings for publication, judging and any other reasonably related purpose during the competition as well as for promotional and advertising materials, either in print or digital format. The Guardian understands that judging is subjective, especially in any artistic endeavor, and that awards will be judged by a combination of Audience Ballots and the ZanaFest Panel of Judges. Decisions are final and cannot be contested. Donations based on publication of Performances and other publicity, with or without the images, video, or recordings of your child, are the property of ZanaFest.
